When you require more information about Coach Anna or make an appointment for a conversation, workshop or a coaching program, you call/whatsapp me or submit an application using e-mail or inquiry form. Doing that you also leave traces and/or personal details online. This requires conscious information and protection. As a company, we are obliged to inform you about the handling of your personal data. What happens to it, for what purpose, and how this data is stored and protected.

That’s determined in the following privacy statement.

The personal data that we process;
Coach Anna processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Which personal data is this exactly?
Because you visit the website and / or use the services of Coach Anna, your personal data is processed. This also includes the information that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone. These are first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address (the address from which the website was visited, or the internet connection used) and information about your activities on the website.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process.
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 18, unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 18. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Your data will be treated with care, confidentiality and respect. If you request information or a session via e-mail, I use your e-mail address or telephone number only to contact you. The personal explanation that you may include, does not leave my mailbox. 

Why is your information requested?
It is requested in order to contact you and to be able to provide you with the service required. I use your name and contact details to maintain contact and to inform you about relevant matters related to supervision or training. Information shared by telephone is not recorded in writing. Your data is also processed to inform you about my business activities and to analyze visitor behavior to improve the website.

What does not happen with your data?
Your information will not be sold or loaned to others. They are also not used to compile extensive visitor profiles, nor to make decisions based on automated processing (that is, by computer programs or systems without human intervention).

Is your data shared with third parties?
Coach Anna only provides information to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation such as:

• Bank, because of payment processing
• Tax adviser, for viewing invoices with address details
• Website host, for storing data from e-mails
• Google Analytics, for the analysis of website visitor data
• Processing agreements have been concluded with these “processors”.

What happens while you surf?
Coach Anna uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. This way, visitor and click behavior on the website is analyzed. That information is stored by Google on servers in the United States and processed in reports on the functioning of the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. I have no influence on this.

View, modify or delete data.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Coach Anna and you have the right to data transfer-ability. 

This means that you can withdraw your possible consent for data processing that we hold about you (in a computer file) to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data too. To ensure that the request for inspection/access has been made by you, we request sending a copy of your passport of identity with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and within four weeks. How we protect personal data.
Coach Anna takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you feel that your data is not properly protected or there are indications of abuse, please contact Coach Anna via info@coachanna.nl

My computer is protected by appropriate and effective technical measures and the website uses a reliable SSL certificate. You can recognize an SSL connection by the lock and the word “safe” for the URL.

How long is your data stored?
Coach Anna does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data has been collected. Specifically: the details of existing coachees or clients for coaching programs and / or workshops are saved for no longer than two years after the end of the last session.

The data of potential coachees / clients will not be kept longer than two years after the first contact if no agreement is reached. There is an exception: just like every entrepreneur, I am legally obliged to keep my administration, including invoices with address details, for seven years.
